1.You must rush your entry in because adequate time is needed for us to contact you for your poly graph and/or urine test.

2.Once your entry form and fee is received you will be contacted to verify your appt. time (Time depends on contest)

3.Obtain two character references from someone that knows you are drug free for the amount of years the contest specifies.

4.You will have to pay to be tested in cash or money order. The cost is an affordable $40.00-$70.00 (pending on show). The fee is much cheaper and safer than drugs.

5.Polygraph or/and Urine testing will be given the day of the show.

6.If you should fail the polygraph test twice or urine test once you will be disqualified from competition and any ABA/INBA/PNBA event for a minimum of 1 year to lifetime ban, pending on the contest drug free requirement of the show. If you test again after your disqualification at an ABA/INBA/PNBA event you will be disqualified for life from the ABA/INBA/PNBA. Be prepared for random urine testing.
